June 2026

BatchData property records now include 22 additional attributes spanning building, property status, deed and ownership, mortgage and lien, contact compliance, and demographic data. These fields are returned automatically in Property Search and Property Lookup responses for the datasets your token is entitled to, giving you richer signals for lead scoring, skip tracing, and portfolio analysis without any new request parameters.

What's new

Building area

  • building.grossBuildingAreaSquareFeet: Gross building area, the total enclosed floor area. This is distinct from living area, so you can separate total structure size from the heated, livable space.

  • building.adjustedBuildingAreaSquareFeet: Adjusted building area, an assessor calculation that weights different parts of the structure (for example, garages or basements) for valuation purposes.

Property status

  • general.mobileHome: Indicates the property is classified as a mobile or manufactured home.

  • general.vacantDate: The date the property was first observed as vacant. This is a date value, separate from the existing boolean general.vacant, so you can track how long a property has been vacant.

Deed & ownership

  • deedHistory.ownerRelationshipType: Classifies the relationship between the parties on the deed (for example, individual, joint, or trust).

  • deedHistory.salePriceCode: A code qualifying the recorded sale price, such as full consideration or a partial transfer.

  • deedHistory.transferTax: The transfer tax amount paid at the time of sale.

  • deedHistory.multipleOwners: Indicates the deed records more than one owner.

Mortgage & lien flags

  • openLien.mortgages.subordinateLoanFlag: Indicates subordinate (junior) financing on the property.

  • openLien.mortgages.equityFlag: Flags loans tied to equity utilization.

  • openLien.mortgages.helocFlag: Indicates a home equity line of credit.

  • openLien.mortgages.pudRider: Planned unit development classification on the loan.

  • openLien.mortgages.condoRider: Condominium classification on the loan.

  • openLien.mortgages.multiFamilyRider: Multi-family classification on the loan.

  • openLien.mortgages.assumable: Indicates the loan is assumable.

  • openLien.mortgages.privateLender: Flags a private or hard-money lender.

  • openLien.mortgages.secondHomeRider: Second-home classification on the loan.

  • openLien.mortgages.sellerCarryBack: Indicates seller carry-back or other creative financing.

  • openLien.mortgages.balloonRider: Indicates a balloon-payment structure on the loan.

Contact compliance

  • owner.mailingOptOut: A do-not-mail compliance flag, the mailing counterpart to the existing owner.dnc phone flag.

  • owner.hasLandline: Indicates a landline phone is associated with the owner.

Demographics

  • demographics.emailDomain: The email domain associated with the contact, useful for business and consumer targeting.

No change to subscription plan costs

There is no change to subscription plan costs. These attributes are included at no additional cost on your existing plan, and per-record pricing is unchanged. The new fields appear in the datasets your account is already entitled to.

No code changes required

This release is fully backward compatible. The new attributes are added to existing Property Search and Property Lookup responses, so they appear automatically for entitled datasets with no changes to your request payloads. Fields that have no value for a given property are omitted as usual.
