June 2026
We've added a new endpoint that flips comparable-property analysis to the buyer side: Buy Box. You give it a subject property, and it returns the investors most likely to buy a property like it, ranked by how much their past buying behavior matches.
How it works
It finds recent nearby sales that match your subject property on location, building attributes, and property type, then pivots to the owners of those comps and returns the investor profiles behind them. Results are filtered by investor classification (Flippers and Landlords by default) and an eligibility check, so you get active investors rather than one-time buyers. Each investor profile comes back with current holdings, acquisition and disposition history, and contact details.
Billing
Buy Box is billed per matched investor profile returned, deduped within a request, so you only pay for the investors a request actually returns. It is available pay-as-you-go and as part of BatchData subscription plans. Reach out to our sales team to find the plan that fits your expected volume.
Who it's for
Buy Box is built for disposition and acquisition workflows: wholesalers and agents who need to find the right buyer for a property, and investors who want to know who else is active in a given market and asset type. If you already run comparable-property searches, Buy Box answers the next question, which is who tends to buy these.
