User Roles are permission-based categories that define what actions users can perform within the application. Each role grants specific access levels and capabilities to ensure security and proper workflow management.
In Batchdata there are primarily 5 User roles -
Role | Permissions |
Admin | All product features & services. |
Developer | Manage API tokens and storage credentials. |
Services Manager | Manage various services from the dashboard like Skiptracing, Property Lookup, Phone Verification, Address Verification, and Geocode. |
View Only | Similar to Services manager, but with view only permissions. |
Finance | Manage payment methods, auto recharge, wallet balance, and billing address. View Pricing Plans, Usage, billing & Transaction reports. |
* All roles have the permission to access the Main dashboard of the application along with their Profile under Account settings.
